Faculty of Microbiology and Biology

The Department of Microbiology and Biology of Chechen State University is based on the basis of the Medical Institute of Chechen State University by the decision of the Academic Council of Chechen University on March 7, 2017.

The head of the department is Candidate of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor Gairabekova Raisa Khasanovna.

The department trains specialists in specialty programs 31.05.01 Medicine, 31.05.02 Pediatrics, 31.05.03 Dentistry.

In a short time, teaching and pedagogical work have been established. Lectures, practical and laboratory classes are accompanied by multimedia presentations using interactive whiteboards. Disciplines of the department: medical biology; microbiology and virology; immunology; psychology and pedagogy; medical informatics. Employees of the department are engaged in research work (Features of the relationship of creative thinking and self-awareness among high school students and students of the Chechen Republic), regularly participate in scientific conferences, publish the results of scientific research in periodicals.
